A fixed-scope consulting service that helps owner-operated businesses reclaim capacity for sales and client delivery.

Owners of small service businesses often remain trapped in reactive work without knowing which activities consume their time or contribute to revenue and client outcomes. Generic scheduling advice does not reveal what should be eliminated, delegated, standardized, or retained. This limits growth and makes the business overly dependent on the owner.
Deliver a two-week operational audit combining time logs, calendar activity, task inventories, and recent client-source data. Classify work by its contribution to sales, service delivery, or overhead, then produce a redesigned weekly operating plan with elimination, delegation, and workflow recommendations. The initial engagement can include implementation of two or three priority process changes.
Owner-operated businesses face persistent pressure to grow without extending working hours. The signals repeatedly emphasize time audits and deliberate allocation of limited capacity, while contractors and coaching businesses provide accessible initial customer segments.

Um, number one, you are not alone. I think that's oftentimes what we think if I want to earn more, I have to work more. Right. I think the first thing is going, how, like, how can I really be super intentional with the time that I do have? Right. And this is why, this is why I want you to decide first what time you want to commit to your business. And I love the fact you and I were messaging, you know, earlier this week about like, this is my commitment this week. Right. So you're really good at making those decisions. Right. So then what happens is then you go, okay, so say like you're giving yourself three hours a day. I'm just throwing a number out there. I don't know what that would look like. You know, you're, then we get really strategic around what are the things that I want to do with that time? Because here's the thing, three focused strategic hours will do way more than six hours that you're kind of like either, you know, distracted or kind of jumping from one thing to the next or spending a lot of time on things that aren't really moving the needle. One of the things that I teach is that really everything you do in your business should be focused around two things. And I think we spend way too much time on things that don't relate to these two. They're the two S's, sales, getting new clients, and service, giving them the transformation, the result, the whatever it is, right, that it was that we have, right? So many other things. And this is where I would encourage you, Tanya, like maybe right now, take some time after this workshop and write down, like, okay, what are the things I spend my time on when I'm, quote, working, right? And then go and evaluate, okay, for each thing, does this directly tie to sales or does this directly tie to service? Or does this not really even lead to that? It just is kind of more busy work that I'm doing, right? And let's go, how can we streamline the things you're doing and really double down on what is moving you forward? I would also then look at, like, for example, where are you bringing in people that are become clients or become team members and what you do, right? Go and look at your last, you know, five team members and your last 20 clients. Where did they come from? And go, how can I really streamline where I am connecting with people so that my time is
A hundred percent. The first thing I would do as soon as you hang up and you stop listening to this podcast is start doing what's called like a time audit. So this is something I learned back in 2018 when I did it. It changed everything for me because, you know, as entrepreneurs and business owners, you don't really realize what you're working on every day. It's like, it's just second nature, right? You're because you do every day. So you're like, oh, I don't know. When you, someone asks you, well, what do you do every day? You're like, well, I don't know. I run my business.
A solid strategy eliminates the decision fatigue. It helps you know exactly what to work on before you even sit down. So instead of trying to find more time, ask yourself these questions. Am I using the time I do have intentionally? Do I know what my highest priority task is today? And am I working on needle-moving actions or just staying busy? When I work with moms and start in my coaching containers, I don't just help them create a schedule. I help them create a system that doesn't fall apart when life happens. Because let's be real, life always happens. Here's the mindset shift I want you to make. From I need more time to how can I simplify and streamline.
So here's what that might look like. Instead of trying to post on every social platform, you create one podcast episode and repurpose it into multiple pieces of content. Instead of doing every client task manually, you can set up automations and workflows that run without you. And instead of offering five different services, you can refine one signature offer that brings in consistent income. This is how we create breathing room without magically adding more hours to the day. So let's pause for a second and do a little self-audit. Ask yourself these questions. What's currently taking up the most time in my business and is it aligned with my goals?
