A productized consulting service that helps vertical SaaS? platforms and marketplaces turn embedded payments into adopted, revenue-generating offerings.
Added Jul 6, 2026
SaaS? platforms and marketplaces increasingly add embedded payments, financial services, and omnichannel commerce capabilities, but many struggle to commercialize them beyond the initial integration. Product, partnerships, and account teams need help translating payment capabilities into merchant-facing packages, adoption plays, pricing, support workflows, and revenue expansion motions. The pain is not just technical integration; it is activating wallet share, cross-sell, upsell, payment performance, and merchant retention.
Offer a focused embedded payments activation package for platforms already using or evaluating providers such as Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, or Checkout.com. The service audits the current payments setup, merchant segments, onboarding funnel, pricing, support tickets, and sales materials, then delivers a practical GTM? and adoption system. Initial delivery can include revenue opportunity mapping, payment performance diagnostics, merchant activation playbooks, account manager enablement, and executive-ready expansion plans.
Payment providers are hiring heavily around platform offering strategy, account growth, unified commerce, and payment performance, indicating demand has moved from integration to adoption and monetization. Platforms now need specialized operators who understand both payments infrastructure and commercial execution.
