This is an example of video we made earlier using the system. Super easy to set up, super easy to do. And it's fully edited and beautifully created. It can create fully animated videos and it's Hermes agent, but it's basically designed and programmed the app to create video agents for us. The way that we've done this is we've basically linked, hey, Gen CLI to block the integrated video if hey is a joke, if hey is a joke, if hey is a joke, doesn't need it as news, to get it as quick. And in case the data is going fully edited video using an open source project called Remotion. And this is all ready to go inside one workflow. So as complicated as that sounds, that's all put together so that we can just prompt it whenever we need to inside the director section here. Pretty amazing. So these are some of the powerful pipelines we've got. We've also got a section here where you can go through idea to app generation via two clicks. So not if we do this with a creative idea, that goes into the capture section. Then we have the human gate where we approve or deny each of these videos or we can delete these ideas as well, not videos, sorry, these apps. And then it can go into the implementation field and then we can ship and complete it. And if we want to see everything that we've built previously, we can go to the gallery and just have a look and see what we've done, which is pretty unbelievable. And if you want to educate, well, how do you call the ideas? Because that sounds like hard work too. You can actually use a new idea. It would say, oh, there's a new idea for an app. And what this will do is use a group chat where our AI agents brainstorm together, new ideas. So you can see Claude came up with an idea and then Hermes bounced off that as well. So you can see, so it's like, oh, that's pretty cool. Let's go with that. And then each of our agents jumps in and comes up with new ideas. Now, when something actually useful comes out of this full conversation where all of our agents are just chatting to each other. And what they have to do is that they actually get saved to our pipeline. So the ideas from this group chat will actually get plugged into our pipeline. And then we can come up with ideas automatically with a bunch of different agents talking to each other.

new clawed agent os changes everything and i mean that this is the best thing i've ever built it's one big system where all my ai agents plug into each other and work as a team one types a script one edits the video one makes the music one remembers everything and they all talk to each other let me walk you through it because once you see this you'll want one too let's start with the video editor i type what i want and it edits the video for me i'll show you a before and after here's the raw clip no edits kind of flat and here's the after cleaner nicer more polished same clip one is just done for you every business needs more content more content means more people find you and this makes that content fast i can make a full 10 minute video this way faceless if i want the system builds the look adds the overlays adds the little animations and stitches it together now here's where it gets good plugged into this whole thing is an open source project called open montage it's real it's free and it blew up on github thousands of people grabbing it in a single day it turns a coding assistant like claude code into a full video studio you type a plain sentence it does the research writes the script finds the footage adds the voice adds the music and renders the finished video and it doesn't just wiggle a photo and call it a video it pulls real footage from free places like nasa pexels and open archives then cuts it into something that actually looks like a film here's a quick example of how i'd use it i could type make a short cinematic video showing how ai profit boardroom members automate their work one line it goes and builds it and that's the whole idea here if i see something cool trending on github i can plug it into my system and my system gets better every single day it's honestly a lot of fun quick pause here because i know what some of you are thinking this must cost a fortune it didn't cost me anything extra i built the whole thing on the claude subscription i already pay for that's it if you've already got claude you can build with claude code and claude co-work if you've got another assistant use that you use what you're already paying for so when i say free i mean it didn't cost me a penny on top and look if you want to actually do this in your own business that's exactly what we do

So you can see it working right here, which is pretty amazing. So now it's researching, writing the script, doing everything for us, and we can come back to that later. If you want to see an example of that in practice, like what the actual videos look like once they're done, let me show you an example. So if we go to the workspace here, you can see we've got like this, we have like 10 minute long videos created with this system. So yeah, here's a five minute one and this is beautiful video, completely faceless. It creates the video, the B-roll, the style, the voiceover, the research, the script, puts it all together, edits it as a team and it looks beautiful in itself. And you can see some more examples here. This is not me, this is the AI version of me and it just creates the full video as you can see. It looks really, really cool. And you can see here how it adds like overlays and that sort of thing in animations. It looks great. So you can easily generate videos in one setup as well. These are all custom workflows as well that I've built. Like it's not just, you know, for example, it's not just using different tools. These are like different workflows that we've designed. And I would recommend for you, if you're watching this, you're like, where do I start or how do I create stuff like this? Look at the problems you have. Look at what you waste your time on. Look at what stuff you're doing on a repetitive daily basis that you're like, right, okay, I could automate that. And I would say you kind of need to be a bit brave in the fact that you need to ask Claude and be willing to be rejected. Because sometimes like Claude say, I can't do that. It's magic. But honestly, for the last three to six months, I've never actually seen it say that. And we're at the point now where like any idea that you have, you can just build out. So I just show you this stuff to inspire you because it's a lot of fun to create. It's absolutely awesome once you've built it. It's the most fun thing I've ever done and ever built. And it's awesome, as you can see right here. So this is basically our whole system for the AgentOS. And if you want to get my full system, it's ready to go. I mean, you could build your own for free. Again, like I mentioned before, using the CLIs. I spend about three to four hours coding this out daily.
