• Serve as the in-house technical expert for wafer-level packaging and mechanical assembly automation equipment, including software integration and electronic hardware interfaces. • Partner cross-functionally with design, test, reliability, and manufacturing teams to improve product manufacturability, testability, quality, and production readiness.

Review hardware designs, including schematics, layouts, and block diagrams, to validate functionality and proactively address potential integration issues. Integrate complex hardware subsystems and components with other products, services, and networks to create cohesive and functional final systems. Document hardware specifications, design implementations, test plans, and validation results throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Hands-On Technical Partnership – Deep ability to engage with engineering teams on architectural decisions, interface definition, and complex technical problem-solving — operating as a peer to engineering leadership, not just managing schedules.
